I am happily married for 6 years already. Well infact, we were celebrating our 6th year anniversary last March 10 at Vikings Restaurant. We celebrated there not to spend too much our money but to thank God for blessing us with 6 years and have quality time together because not all of us were still happy in their married life.

✨Where it all started!✨

Just a little story how we met.

Me and my partner had the same church. We see each other since we were young but we dont socialize because we were not close and we dont know each other that much. A couple of years later, we went to the youth department. And as we trying to learn our talent, I discover that I can sing a little. So, I became one of the praise and worship leader and he is our drummer. We had our practice every saturday, and that is the time we get to know each other with the help of his cousin who happen to be my close friend.

To make the story short, we became girlfriend and boyfriend in the year 2009 and decided to get married after 9 long years of dating stage.

We got married in the year 2018. That time he just came from Japan. He was an OFW that time, and has given the chance to have a vacation for 5 months. And in that 5 months, we processed our papers for marriage.

Before he leave, I was already pregnant. At first, it is just very easy and I was so excited to meet my little one. I had normal delivery but after 3 months of giving birth, my blood pressure elevated and I diagnose myself as preclamsia. That time I just prayed and tried to make my mind positive always. My mama invited my uncle and tita to talk to me and give me some encouragements.

And thanks God, after a couple of months I regain myself, strength mind and I was now able to smile again.

After marriage I can say that we really had enough time to have a quality time together because I am already in my first trimester of pregnancy and I dont want to go out because I always can smell bad. I dont even wanted to go near my hubby because he smells so bad for me even her washed clothes, I can smell its soap and perfume.

He just came back to Japan bringing only few memories being my husband.

And when he went home after 2 years, and our baby was already 2 years old already. And there we started to create many good memories as family. We went window shopping, we go to restau and parks to pay all the days that he was not on our side.

✨HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE MARRIED?✨

Marriage life is a roller coaster and that is part of a life and it add sweetness to your life. You will meet many sad stories about marriage but there is always rainbow after the rain. Problems were just part of our life and it made us strong as long as we conquer it together and we will not let anyone rule our life. We just had to undestand each other and pause whenever we were already angry.

I got married when I was 28 years old and he was 30 years old that time. And now we were already 34 and 36 respectively. One of the struggle today is to have our second baby. I still cant forget my experience when I had my first baby that is why I doubt to have a new one. Last November, I tried to be strong and told my husband that I was ready to get pregnant again. Unfortunately, it didnt succeeded because of the negative thoughts I had. When I was already pregnant, I had an anxiety and I cant sleep soundly because I am afraid of so many things.

So, I got miscarriage last January. My baby didnt survive because of the negative thinking I had. I partly blame myself but my OB keep on encouraging me that everything has its own purpose.

✨DO YOU EVER WISH TO BE SINGLE?✨

Honestly, I do sometimes especially when we had a long fight and I feel that he doesnt care for me anymore but at the end of the day, we humble ourself and forgive each other and say sorry as well.

We had lots of shortcomings but we should be thankful for the life God has given us.
