Dream catcher -Craft

Materials required:

1. Bangle
2. Embroidery thread (2 colours)
3. Sewing Needle
4. Feathers
5. Glue
6. Beads

Step: 1.

Tie a knot on the bangle with the darker thread

Step: 2.

Wrap the whole bangle with the thread as given, and tie a knot again to hold the thread in position.

Step: 3.

Now take the lighter colour thread and tie it on to the bangle by making a knot at one edge

Step: 4.

Now tie another knot to the left from inside. Make sure the subsequent knots are of equal space between the. (Total of 8 knots at the 1st round)

Step: 5.

Now repeat this step around the bangle 8 times until you reach the starting point

Step: 6.

Now tie a knot to the center of the bottom line of the triangle formed on the left. Now repeat the previous steps again for the second round with the knot base being the center of the subsequent triangle

Step: 7.

Repeat this process over and over till the triangles get too small. Finally add beads and finish the central web design by making the knots to secure the web. Make sure to tighten the stretch of the threads each time to get a perfect design.

Step: 8.

Now tie a hanging thread of the darker color to one side. Tighten the knot to secure it's hold on the bangle. Then add a bead and make another knot to secure the bead. Repeat this at the end of the thread.

Step: 9.

Now stick the feather to the edge to the thread using Glue

Step: 10

Repeat the hanging thread steps 2 times on either side while decreasing its size towards the outside. Use alternate thread color as given. Finally add the thread loop for hanging. The dream catcher is thus ready
