Education play important role and act as a tool for empowering the woman in the society... It is important role in enhancing the economic social and culture development.... The woman in the ruler areas have the right and have been subjected to degrading practices and responsibilities...
Education makes the girls more powerful and independent.... Wild or on the other hand the woman that are not educated have high level morality less potential for earning and lack of independence which has a drastic effect on the health and upbringing of the kids....
The role of the woman can play a big role in society The fact is such as social political technological changes the world.....

The empowerment of the education to the woman allows them to :
★They develop the self worth a belief in one's ability to secure the changes and has their own control in their life...
★They have the ability to generate their own choices rather than depending on the choices of others
★The woman developed the ability to organize the direction of the social change to create more economic order nationally and internationally
★Empowerment also includes a psychological sense of person's control or influence with the actually social influence power and legal rights ...
★It includes multilevel construction to the individuals organizations and the community...
★Empowerment Jose education allows a woman to be independent and can make their own decisions in their life without depending on others
★Educated woman play crucial role in fantastic upbringing of their children as compared to the illiterate woman....
The biggest hurdles that the women face :
★Lack of women in leadership..
Once are not allowed to take their decisions by their own they depend on others because in our society many people do not tolerate that woman is studying and is being independent.... This is the biggest hurdle almost every woman face during the education....
★poverty and lack of economic opportunities .
As we know that in the worldwide there are less opportunities for girls than the man... Social protections access to the work and other sports systems must be provided to provide a path out of poverty
★Workplace discrimination and inequalities:
The other obstacle or hurdle in was a workplace discrimination and is inequality which affects the economic growth and social progress
★social norms and culture practices
Harmful practices such as child marriage and female janitor mutilation persist in worldwide people married the young woman before age 18...... So that woman cannot study and cannot independent That's why the illiterate people married them and this is another obstacle that woman face......
EFFECT OF EDUCATION ON WOMEN:
Education does not only empower her individually but empower the whole community.... It made them independent and free to make their own decisions.... Education makes the girl to make the decisions that affect the families their communities and their countries They are gaining the skills they need to participate in the political processes and solve the issues that matter most to them their family.....their communities benefit from having access to the skills of the woman and then ultimately their countries benefit .....when the citizens participate in the political process and contribute to the positive change in this way education to the woman is very important worldwide..... In this way we see that an educated woman has benefits to the entire community and overall country..... They become more stable and is less violence against the woman and children so they become more stable in the community....
Initiatives and programs to empower the education through women...
You can improve by building a stronger school systems with a clear learning standards good teachers adequate resources and the proper environment than emphasizes the accountability and equality among the man and a woman...
Every individual must support girls education financially through their mentorship and by advocating for the policy reforms that ensure the equality and equal access to education for all ...
