By God's grace, I pray that everyone is healthy. I'm doing well too, thanks to your prayers and love. I am doing well as well. Today I will share the recipe for the traditional Bengali dish Kachchi Biryani. Another name of Bengali passion is kacchi biryani. Very few people do not like to eat biryani; if it is kacchi biryani then there is no word. Hope my food-loving friends will like my kacchi biryani recipe today.

Wash and clean the meat well. Then I put the meat in a basket to drain the water.

I put a pot on the stove and heated the oil. Then I added chopped onions. When the chopped onions turn brown in colour, roast the onions in a bowl.

I took some goat meat and made biryani in a large bowl. Then I added 1 cup of curd, 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, raisins, and whole spices of kacchi biryani spice packet to the meat.

After that, I fried the almonds and pistachios, 2 tablespoons of ghee, salt and onion.

After adding all the necessary ingredients of kacchi biryani to the meat, I mixed the spices with my hands very well. Marinate the meat for 2 hours.

Now I will prepare some more ingredients for kacchi biryani. I cut two big potatoes into big pieces. Then I washed and applied yellow paint. Heat oil in a pot and fry the potatoes slightly.

Basmati rice should be cleaned and soaked for half an hour. Pour the contents into a sieve and discard the water after thirty minutes.

I took 3 litres of water in a pot and boiled the water with 2 tablespoons of salt and the whole spices of a small packet of kacchi biryani spices. I'm going to bring the water to a boil for the basmati rice. After that, I will pour it into a sieve and drain the water.

In this step, I first spread fried potatoes and alubokhara over the marinated meat. Then spread the half-cooked rice and pour the milk which has been mixed with ghee. I will spread the yellow colour mixed in the milk and cover the mouth of the pot with a lid. Put a lid on the mouth of the pot and close it with flour around the pot.

Place the pot on the stove and cook over high heat for ten minutes. After that, lower the heat and simmer for two hours.

Now my kacchi biryani is ready to serve. After lifting the pot's lid, give it a little swirl. While serving the biryani, I will spread the onion barista over the biryani and serve it hot.
