They are the main source of energy for our body and essential for the normal functioning of our body metabolisms.They are present in fruits, grains and vegetables.When we take carbohydrates, they convert into glucose and then after it stored in glycogen form and which is used later.
Wheat, rice , fruits and vegetables they provide energy to our body but also important for our health as they provide essential nutrients to our body.
Water is very important nutrient which is very important for our health. It is important in the process of digestion. It maintains our body temperature and transport of nutrients. It is recommended to take almost eight glass of water per Day.
Minerals are also important for our health as other nutrients are essential. They are essential for our bone and never functioning. Minerals such as calcium are very important for our bone health.
A balanced diet is the food in the appropriate portions to take all the essential nutrients in our body. A balanced diet is very important for our overall health, a balanced diet prevent us from different disease which can be caused by deficiency of nutrients. It is combination of groups of foods like vegetables , fruits, grains , meat and other minerals and vitamins, proteins etc. Every nutrient has its own energy which provides to our body by eating them.The vegetables have vitamins and minerals that make strong our immunity system.The fibers present in the whole grains are very important for a good digestive system.

It has benifits to drink water before a meal. It is important to take water before a meal. It is helpful to prepare our digestive system to start the process of digestion. It hydrated the body and it is very important for our internal organs to stay hydrated. This process creates a sense of fullness and this can prevent overeating. It prepares the stomach for the incoming food.After a meal, drinking water can help in the process of digestion. After meal it can help to the breakdown of food and it will be easy in the absorption of the nutrients. In this way we can prevent a condition named as constipation as it improves the functionality of the digestion. Drinking water after a meal can help in the process of digestion. In this way we can prevent a condition named as constipation.

Your article provides an excellent overview of the essential nutrients our body needs. Of the six foods, I personally find that I consume the most carbohydrates on a daily basis. They provide a quick source of energy that is vital to my busy lifestyle.
