What is the name of the dish that you have made this week? And why did you choose this dish?

The dish I am cooking today is quail. And it is delicious to eat and very easy to make. This dish is also in my favorite list so today I will share with you the recipe of this dish.

What is the process of making it? (Share steps with ingredients)

Materials for cooking duck meat

• Quail meat- 4 pice .

• Ginger paste- 2 tbsp.

• Garlic paste- 1 tbsp.

• Salt- 1 tbsp.

• Hot spices.

• Onion- 1/2 cup.

Start Cooking quail meat
Step- 1

First take a frypan. Then I will put the pan on the hair and turn on the gas of the stove. Then put a cup of soybean oil in the dry fan. Then add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper etc. to that oil and shake it for some time. Thus we conclude step one. After completing step 1 we move to next step.

Step- 2

After step 1 we come to step 2. After stirring the ingredients in the oil we first added, after some time we pour in a bowl of chopped onion. Then we shake it for some time and thus we complete the second step.

Step- 3

After completing the second step, we come to the third step. When the old one we used to turn a little red, we will add the quail meat that we washed to it. Then we will add ginger paste and garlic paste in it. Then you have to stir it for some time, then you have to add some salt and then you have to stir it all together for some time. Thus we complete step three and move on to the next step.

Step- 4

After completing step 3 we come to step 4. Then I will add turmeric powder jhal powder and Dhoni powder in it. Then stir it for some time. So that they penetrate well into the human body and there is no smell in the meat and so that it is tasty to eat. Then add half a cup of water to it. Then cover it with a lid for some time. Thus we conclude step four.

Step- 5

After completing the fourth step we come to the fifth step. Earlier he did not remove the lid with which we kept it after 10 minutes. Then shake it a little and add two cups of hot water again. Then again cover with a lid and after 30 minutes open the lid again. After turning off the gas of the stove and serving it, the quail bird recipe we made today was done.

How much did it cost you to make this dish in your country? (specify including steem price)

If we make any, it requires various things like spices and herbs to cook it. Similarly, today I made quail meat and used many kinds of spices. I have explained step by step how to cook above. The quail that I cooked today is desi pakhi . A price in our country is 50 taka per pice. 4 pice 200 tk & 4.15 steem. Many other items were used, but they were used in such small quantities that it is not possible to determine the exact price.
