“It is Women’s Day!”
I'm really thankful to the team of Steem for Ladies to start the engagement challenge session 16 with such a timely and relevant topic It is Women's day. Let us raise our voice against misogynist who try to deprive women from their legitimate right and deserving respect.
In Hindu texts, some human began to be classified as enemies of the gods and its creatures and were called Asuras. Chauvinist in morden days are as bad as Asuras.
In the Hindu mythology one of the asuras was killed by Godess Devi Durga associates with protection, strength, motherhood, destruction, and wars.
The Women's Day symbolises both strategically and literary to make the chauvinist aware of her dignity and freedom.
The National Women's Day was first celebrated on 28 February 1909 in New York City. Later United Nation also adapted international Women's Day in 1977 which is followed in many socialist countries on 8th March.

After the first wave feminism the name came to everyone's mind is Simone de Beauvoir, the egalitarian of second wave of feminism and author of book The Second Sex.
The four principles of feminism are
Equally
Eliminating gender stratification
Ending sexual violence
Promoting sexual freedom
We shall be also grateful to Erica Jong of international fame with her wildly popular 1973 debut novel, Fear of Flying.
In the freedom movement of India the role of women and their sacrifices are unforgettable.
Women don't give birth of human being only but also groom and educate them which is most important task in nation building. Knowing this truth those who obstructed women from education and other facilities will be paid back by thier future generations.
I would like to invite three fellow Steemians to participate in the contest. @crismenia @joymm @eveetim
