In order to prepare a weekly grocery list one can use this list ticking check boxes according to weekly plan of manu and availability at home.
I usually prefer to buy fresh and local vegetables, fruits, meat and fish from local market every week. Rest of the items can be bought on monthly basis to get bulk quantity discount and free delivery.
In this connection I would like to inform that Vasco da Gama's discovery of India first initiated export of spices to Europe. Most of the South Indian state along with West Bengal, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Assam produces black pepper, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, turmeric, red chili, coriander, cumin, and fenugreek. These states have long history of cultivation and trade. They have significant contribution in the global consumption. 200 spices of 4 billion US dollar worth are exported to 180 countries from India every year. Global top brands have collaborated with Indian companies to process spices here. India has become global processing hub of the world.
I have deep relationship with the wholesale market of Kolkata from my childhood. The place is called Burrabazar, means big bazar, really it means. Everything is available here. It's daily turnover crosses thousand of cores. 300000 traders and hawkers workout from here every day. It is spread over 25 sq. km area including residences. There are kataras and market of each goods. One gets the smell of goods while crossing a particular market. Likewise when one gets the smell of onion, ginger, potato and mustered oil, one blind person also knows he is crossing Posta. Similarly I used to walk through Mechoa to get the smell of hips and piles of fresh fruits. Oranges and Sweet lime are seen like hills on the road. No public vehicles are allowed other than fruits vehicles. The Raja Katara famous for spices smells like a mistereous aura of mixed raw spices.
Ofcourse it's worthwhile to mention my stay at Nasik in Maharashtra, the fruits hub of India. There main plantation is grapes. Few Kilometres before and after Nasik railway station one can see unending grapes vine for several minutes even from the superfast train.
Thank you for reading my post.

Thank you for visiting and appreciation.
Bendiciones.
Thank you for enriching us with the information. I also eat ginger and drink lemon rea. Wish you all the best.
Hello friend, this is how it is when you have to visit a cosmetics store, everything must be in its place, good hygiene, everything in its place because when it is time to buy, you go straight to the store and not be desperate to choose the products. Happy shopping day.
Thank you for visiting my post and important advice.
Thanks to you excellent your post successes happy evening.
Okay, I have checked your shopping list, and there are a number of items that correspond with mine. I have stock lists of the items in my cupboard. Then I have shopping lists according to my stock list.
Gosh, I am terrible! To think I even organized my shopping!
As for Burrabazar or Bara Bazar, I have seen it once in a documentary when a group of South Africans were touring India. I can just imagine how it must be in real life.
Good luck with the contest!
Thank you ma'am 🙏🏾
