I am happy that your community has addressed this topic so that I can contribute and share my experience on the matter. Throughout my life, I have had many opportunities to interact with the female sex, and therefore I am able to provide my point of view on this topic.

In response to the 5 questions of your contest, I will be as sincere as possible and free in thought. I want to share with you my opinions and experiences to promote open and constructive discussion. This is my first time writing here, so please correct me if I am wrong.

I hope that my participation can be useful and that this dialogue can lead to greater understanding and mutual respect.

I have been married for four years and I can share my experience regarding married life. It's not always the woman who is right, but rather we democratically try to address an issue, and probably everyone has a part of the truth in the matter. On more technical issues such as cleaning the house, my wife is definitely right many times regarding the use of products or the management of certain casual situations, while when it comes to managing the car, often I am right as I am more experienced on the topic. In my house, it's not that the woman is always right, but the person who has the knowledge or data or proof to support their point of view prevails.

Do you think women should get away with “being always right”?

I believe that women are often right, especially in the workplace. I've noticed that they are very attentive to what they do and have an eye for detail that men often lack. In the past, I've had many male bosses with whom I didn't have much rapport, but when I had a female boss, I always felt a greater connection. Even if she wanted to be right, she knew how to be precise and attentive to things, which gave us an extra boost at work and made us more productive. This ability is not limited to work, but extends to daily life, where women often see things that men overlook.

Name 3 things that women are always right about

Well, as I mentioned before, my wife is right when it comes to cleaning the house and domestic management, especially regarding laundry. Furthermore, being an avid reader of books on the subject, she is always right about choosing books that may interest me. Lastly, I cannot forget that she is always right when I forget things, which happens quite often, for example, I forget keys or my wallet.

Yes, as I said before, sometimes I forget things and I always try to blame her, maybe because she moved them while cleaning, but in the end she's always right because it's me who forgets them or leaves them in places where I don't remember putting them. This often happens with keys, phones, and other objects that we sometimes can't find anymore. I know she's right because she knows me and knows that I'm someone who forgets things around.

Do you have any advice (women for the men or men for women?)

I have no advice to give on this matter. The reason does not depend on the gender of the person. However, as I have already mentioned, I have often noticed in the workplace, speaking about my country, Italy, that more space should be given to women. This opportunity was not given to me, for example, in the companies where I worked, where there was only one female boss out of almost 20 bosses. I am convinced that things would go better if more women were in leadership roles, as I have always noticed that women are able to position themselves differently at work. As for the couple's life, there is no one person who is more right than the other. I believe it is important to find a balance between man and woman to preserve the relationship. However, it is normal to argue every now and then to rekindle passion. In conclusion, the reason does not depend on the gender of the person, but on the knowledge they have on the topic.
