The diary game, make some delicious food for tea,Pakistan

Assalam u Alaikum to all!I hope you all good.
Today I have brought pictures of some of the delicious things we made for evening tea.All of us wanted to eat something special, but my husband was not at home,that they can order something from the market, so I went to the kitchen and made gol guppey, chicken shashlik, and pasta.

It took a lot of time and hard work to make golgapey, but when they sat down to eat, all the hard work was paid off.

All the kids liked the golgappe the most but the chicken shushalak was second to none. Me and my daughters all gathered in the kitchen and shared in different work-ups to pass the time working together. It didn't work and the work was done quickly and within an hour we had made three things and brought them to the table.
First I made the pasta and put it on a light flame to let the flavor come out, and also kneaded the dough for the golgappas and put it aside for preparation.My younger daughter boiled potatoes, the elder daughter prepared the chicken shashlik chicken. Finally both things were ready and they were fried inside the shashlik stick. Finally it was the turn of golgappas .My daughter made golgappas. To put in it, prepare channa chat aloo and salad etc. I didn't allow the water of golgappas because it is saur and all are infected by it so we compromised a little on the taste.

My daughter made coffee and I made tea so we could eat these things along with tea.
