The Diary Game #38: Share your day with us! 3/05/2024.my daughter's matriculation.

Warm greetings my beloved steemians across the globe, it's me again @glorious1, believe you all had a glorious day, mine was great. I want to share with you how my yesterday went.

I woke up as usual by 5am in the morning and before stepping out of the bed,I was trying to recall my dream but I couldn't.It was a very good dream.i started worshipping my God for what He has done for me,my family and love ones.After that I rushed to the bathroom room ,brush my teeth and straight to the kitchen because i needed to go with food to my daughter's matriculation, she wanted spaghetti and chicken.
Let me quickly show you what I bought for the spaghetti👇and I'll show step by step on how I cooked my jellof spaghetti and fried chicken,stay with me.
Ingredients used.. Spaghetti,onions,green pea,fresh pepper,salt,onion and pepper tomatoes, groundnut oil,thyme,curry,carrot and Maggi.

I start with chicken.I seasoned my chicken by washing it first.i steam it for 10minutes, keep it aside.

I put my frying pan on the fire,put groundnut oil,for awhile I add my chicken,I fried it until it's brown, I removed it and set aside.

Then for spaghetti.
I don't like it very long,I like cutting the pasta into two or three places.Afer that I bring Water to a boil,I fill a large pot with plenty of cold water,I put salt in the already boiled water and a little groundnut oil is optional,to avoid it being gum.

After that I add the Spaghetti Noodles and be staring it,I cook Spaghetti Until
it is soft,I drained it and keep aside.

Then for the sauce.

After peeling my carrot, and blending everything.
I put a large pot on fire,put groundnut oil
I heat up the oil,after that I put the already sliced onions and garlic together with curry and thyme.

After that I added the tomato paste, fry it for some seconds,add pepper and stir,I added stock cube, some salt and my chicken stock,bring it to boil.

Immediately after that I add the parboiled spaghetti, mix together and simmer on medium heat till the water is almost dried up.I now add the chopped vegetables carrots,and green pea and cover the pot and I allow the water to dry completely.
I now mix it well and put it in a cooler
Ready to take it to my daughter's school.

You know it was a big event,I had to invite a makeup artist to my house to make me look beautiful,you know looking good is a good business.

After that I went to my friend's place whose daughter is also doing matriculation in other for us to go there together,since she has a car.

Getting there I saw one of her friends that resembles me so much,I had to snap with her,I also snap in my friend's parlor.

And we migrate to the school.we went there a little bit late, getting there my daughter was exhausted,I had to snap picture with her and with the people that came to grace the event.

After snapping we brought out the food from the car and started eating,it was fun.
My daughter was excited and I bless God for giving me a grown up girl like that.Am a proud mother.After eating I snapped some pictures with the people I went with.👇👇

After everything I went back to the house with my friend,my daughter went back to school with the school bus, because they didn't allow them follow their parents.
As I entered my house,I showered and sleep because I was exhausted.
That was how I spent my day.
