I heard someone say that the only benefit she see in exclusive breastfeeding is that it is cost effective.

Well, I wasn't surprised to hear that because exclusive breastfeeding wasn't meant for everyone it is not compulsory but it is necessary it depends on a mother's determination to do so. But then we women we always need support 😜 so we need support or a little push to carry out our work effectively to the end without being discouraged.

Exclusive breastfeeding plays a crucial role in a child's development growth. Breastmilk contains antibodies that helps protect infants from infections and illnesses, creating a strong immune system from an early age therefore, breastmilk contains what other milk can never have.

In the first 6 months of life, breastmilk contains what the baby need in its proportion and this composition changes according to the baby needs in different stages. There is no formula that can replace the nutrients present in your free breastmilk for your baby, so mothers never deprived your baby of this nutrients by introducing formula in the first 6 months.

Breastfeeding has a lot of health benefits for both the mother and the child let's consider some of them.

It is observed that breastfeeding mothers are not be cared for especially at work place that are not given consideration which is really bad. On the other hand they are not supported as well but then this mothers work tirelessly each day but to breastfeed.

Breastfeeding mothers should be treated fine at work place, they should be given breastfeeding hours and they should not be stressed so that their body will produce more milk for theirs babies.
