Is it Important to be joyful? Why

The importance of joyfulness cannot be over emphasised. It is a feeling which knows no bounds and should be always kept memorable in the life of every individual.

She screamed joyfully, her joy could not be restricted this time, as tears of joy welled up in her eyes, mixed feelings pressed on her emotions as she bit her lips so hard to restrain the tears. She looked her fingers, there was the diamond ring winking directly into her innocent eyes. She guided her eyes downward to Chris who was brow raised on his knees as he proposed to the love of his life. Judith grabbed him up and the rest of the action for another day...haha

It is important to be joyful amidst all pains and problems we come across in life. Joy can always be created in everyone's life, find a reason to be joyful and making yourself joyful too, life could happen anytime therefore, it's important to joyfully celebrate the little joyful moments.

Why should we be joyful? It is important to be joyful in this life because joyfulness reduces risk of falling ill and getting terminal illnesses. Joyfulness also increases life span. It's a lifeline pill which reduces risk if heart attack, stroke and other illnesses. Joyfulness excites the happy hormone in the body thereby reducing stress tendencies.

Starting this year after graduating college Las year with less streams of income was really so tasking and disturbing to me. I noticed I was always sad, the actual first joyful moments that made me so joyful was in the first quarter of the year.

On a Friday evening, it was raining and thoughts flooded my mind as the wave at the sea shore, I was was brought back to earth by a dazzling phone call. My phone rings, the number looks new and foreign and I could barely say who it was. I picked up and my aunt's voice reminds me who it was. Hello Praiz! she said and that was how it all started. I could see fate smile at me down from the skies. She asked to send me money after I told her everything. She sent me $80 Wow! that was huge about 80 thousand naira in my local currency. I thanked her and that was the first event.

Furthermore, I purchased a copywriting course worth $50 it was a painful decision to take at the onset, but then I know it was worth it. I learnt the programme for about 2 months and the second event happened. It was a Tuesday evening and my notification chimes, who is it this time. I had written several proposals, to various brands so I could work for them, with compelling and hypnotising words make customers buy their products, I sent samples across too and that was it.

Interestingly, I got the email from a Skincare Agency who needed my help in their health and fitness department to help run Ads, cover their landing pages, send out cold emails, and writs sales copy for them. I danced so much because that was my first client back then in June. The joy was so much. I got on a call with CEO of the brand and was offered $300 and a 50% payment upfront before I could start out! That was so huge and getting reviews on upwork and LinkedIn is all that matters today.

Finally my 3rd event that made me joyful was when I got myself an iPhone 11 after returning clients hired me severally and passed me around to their sister brands too I earned a fortune from copywriting and still do. I am a beneficiary of hardwork and consistency, these are events that made me joyful this year.

What are your joyful plans for the last month of the Year

"When are you coming home buddy! we can't wait to have you, my little brother barely 3 years old got on the call with me, he keeps to memory how I care for him passionately. It feels at home when I'm back. I always love traveling home for Christmas a time to relax and share quality time with family.

I plan to take my family out during the christmas period. We would see the movies too, my mum loves the roller coaster too, see claims she had never been on an aeroplane, so that's the least I could do for her every christmas, we would drive the rollercoaster up and down severally, the joy and laughter she shows makes me know exactly that there's no place like home!

How could I forget the fireworks! I always crack fireworks with friends mostly my peers, enjoying the moments is actually what matter the most to me with family, this is actually what I have in stock for the last month of the year.
