It's New Week!...
Well? It's pretty good to start up the week with an influential topic that gets everyone sitted and busy with reading. Actually the 66th edition of this contest has incredible & interesting topic of discussion, whivh i will be going for the last mentioned "Character".
Character is defined as the accumulation of moral and ethical qualities that determines the behavior and personality of an individual. It sums up one's principles, value and beliefs that guides both their decisions and actions. Good character is formed on the foundation of honesty, integrity, and compassion. It is the characteristics of a person who constantly acts with integrity, passion and treats others with kindness and respect, such a person also takes responsibility for their actions, nevertheless.
Character not only defines what one does, but also defines who they are. It is an unforeseen inbuilt strength and moral resolve that let individuals to stand up for what is right, even in the place of adversity. It is really rare to see people with the complete character that makes us real human, nowadays people display a lot of unimpressive character. Having a good character is a journey of lifetime that requires effort, practice and self-reflection. It involves setting high standards, continuous strive to improve.
Here's a story... My mother was an ambassador of a fellowship in her church, she was really the kind of woman every one wanted to follow and mimic. A certain time came when she had misunderstanding with one of her co members who happened to be the cause for the quarrel. On a normal display my mother was meant to exchange words with her but her family upbringing and discipline lead her to ignoring the woman. It sounds more amazing that later on, like two months time, this particular woman came to apologize and make peace with my mom.

No one is perfect with good character but we are just meant to be the best version of ourselves. Even if it seems hard, try as Much as possible to have that at least 89% of good character. Do you actually know that most people judge with the character in you? Let's all put up a change, it will help us alot.

I do believe that our upbringing determines a lot about how our character will turn out, but as you have said, always try to be the best version of yourself.
