Oh!...What an incredible time to write write write, i firstly want to congratulate the last winners because they did real great job in their write ups. FREEZER

What describes a freezer? A freezer can be described as a device, room or compartment which is being operated by electricity, which is used for freezing food or keeping it frozen so that it becomes solid and can be kept safely for a longer time. A freezer needs much lesser temperature of about 0 to -18 degrees in order to keep food.

A freezer permits us to take full advantage and to even overcome the seasonality of food. There are some seasonal fruits that can be kept in the freezer in other to enjoy them wgen they are out of season, such fruits include; pineapples, berries, guava, etc. Then perishable foods such as vegetables, meat and fishes can be first prepared and stored in the freezer safely for weeks or months without spoilage.

In My Place Of Work;

Get into discover this contest about few hours ago and looking around the shop where I sell my market, there is a freezer in one side of the shop where we store plastic water and drinks and even satchet water also. Although I don't have a refrigerator or freezer at home where I and my sister leave but We do have it in our family house.

The freezer we are having in our shop is not really big but compatible, it can be able to contain at least 40 plastic water and 40 drinks with satchet water also. It has a very fast cooling degree which can be able to quickly block every of the deposited substance in the freezer. The freezer really looks old but have at least lasted for years, that is why up till today it hardly spoil because the materials used in the manufacturing of the freezer im the olden days is not same as today, what I'm tryingto say is that; despite that new changes scroll in everyday, the products of the olden days were made more stronger than these days.

The time that this freezer spoilt, it was as a result of too much attachment of the customers's body to the fridge, thereby pushing it close to the wall which is not meant to be so. The materials used in repairing it wasn't much it costed at least 6.5 steem which in Nigeria currency costs #7,600 at the rate of #380 naira rate.

Sometimes Power supply could misbehave at times thereby causing appliances damage. So? In such case? We use a strong, reliable adapter or stabilizer to bring the current to a neutral current. But ours? We made use of stabilizer which we trust more to avoid any damage to the freezer.

I do like To Tell You A Little Incident That Occurred At Home;

This incident happened when i was still living with my family. I was up and dressed for school, i sat in the sitting room watching television with my youngest sister while waitung for my other siblings to finish up with dressing for school and my mother too had to get our food ready.

Early that morning, my daddy had an urgent call from his customers that they needed bags of water. Out of rush, he forgot to tell us to turn off every appliances, he just turned on the generator and we started we began perceiving wire burnt smell and i checked out the appliances in the sitting room immediately, to discover that the socket to which the freezer was connected to has gotten burnt and damaged.

We thought the damage was only to the three sockets out of seven of them in the house, unknowingly to us that the freezer wire got burnt and the television got affected by the A/V section. My father wasn't a movie type so he left the television to repair the freezer which took a lot of money from him according to what he said.

Ever since then, we have learnt to use stabilizer in most of the appliances we have at home which needs stabilizing of current. Ever since then, we have never made such mistake because it's costly and could take life.

It is used in the storage of food to keep it fresh and also slow down the growth of bacteria. Meanwhile, a freezer is seen as a compartment within a refrigerator which is made to maintain a temperature that is below freezing, which is about 0°F (-18°C). Freezers are just too good for storing food for long period of time and help to prevent the growth of bacteria..
