I hope you are safe and healthy. So today I thought of coming to you with a very beautiful post.

So guys, today I am talking about Happiness.

What is happiness really?
This is a rather complex concept because happiness is a subjective concept.
Actually, as I see it, happiness is the ease and freedom we feel.
In fact, the greatest hope of every human being in this world is to be happy.

People do many things to get this happiness.
In fact, we learn through suffering, do a job, and engage in various activities, thinking that one day we will be happy.
Actually, as I see it, happiness lies with oneself.
Our happiness is determined by the way we see something.

So I think that by trying to see something positively, our mind can get relief.
So let me explain this scientifically.
We feel the emotions of happiness, sadness and anger as the result of a certain process controlled by the brain.

So in all these cases, the brain secretes chemicals called neurotransmission and makes us feel the corresponding feeling.
So, do you know that there are 04 chemicals that basically cause this feeling of happiness?
So these hormones are also called Happiness Hormones.

There is

  1. Endorphins
  2. Oxytocin
  3. Dopamine
  4. Serotonin

So the process of these hormones is that when we do something for our survival, it encourages us to do more of those things and makes us feel happy.

So I thought I would share information about these four types of hormones with you because I thought these things would be important to all of our lives.

So, if I say that the first hormone is Endorphin, it is actually a natural pain reliever in our body, I think I am correct.
Because when engaging in difficult activities, the body feels happy due to the secretion of this hormone without feeling pain.

When we engage in activities like exercise once a day, this hormone is released by the brain into your circulatory system. It helps to keep you strong throughout the day. Because of this, you can do the rest of the day in a happy mood.
When this hormone is released in excess, our stress is controlled by this hormone and we can enjoy it.

Doctors say that the easiest ways to secrete this hormone are through activities like laughing out loud, eating dark chocolate and eating various foods that please the tongue.

So the second type of hormone is Oxytocin.

So this hormone is also known as the love hormone. So I meant by that,
It is because of the effect of this hormone that we are affected to love another person.

So, because of this oxytocin hormone, we are able to create very strong loving bonds.

So if we can kiss our loved ones for at least 20 minutes a day, spend time with them, talk and give them a small gift to surprise them, we will be able to secrete this hormone.

And this oxytocin hormone affects maintaining the relationships between us and other people very well.
By meeting loved ones often, by spending time with them, by kissing them, by cuddling with them, our happiness increases and the happiness of other people can also increase because of that.

Tests have confirmed that if you are a very busy person, this hormone is secreted by talking with the people you like in the little time you get.

But tests have also found that this oxytocin hormone is not secreted if short messages are exchanged.

So the next hormone is Dopamine hormone.
The chemical for happiness and motivation is called dopamine hormone.
This chemical is used to exchange messages between nerves.

After a nerve in the brain releases dopamine, it travels a short distance and then connects to the next nerve's receptor.
If the level of dopamine in our brain is low, this message exchange does not take place properly.
Dopamine levels affect everyday behavior, desires, activities and learning, as well as sleep.

Doctors say that if there are frequent omissions, if you have no self-confidence or if you are reluctant to learn something new, it is a symptom of low dopamine.

Things we can do to improve dopamine levels
Sleeping at least 8 hours a day
Engage in daily exercise.

And because of activities like playing musical instruments and singing songs, dancing, traveling and
We are able to maintain our dopamine levels at a good level due to activities such as having a balanced nutritious diet.

So, because of this, we can perform our daily tasks very happily.

And when we feel that it is difficult to achieve our big goals, without regretting it, Let's we separate those big goals into small steps and we try to achieve them one by one.

So our fourth and last hormone is Serotonin hormone.
This hormone is secreted when we understand the value and importance of our life.

It is very important here that we work with the aims and goals of our life.
Doctors have confirmed through tests that this hormone is at a very low level in people suffering from conditions such as low self-confidence and depression.

Tests have confirmed that if the people can positive , the faster this hormone is secreted
And this hormone is also known as serotonin hormone which controls desires.
Sometimes we feel satisfied, complete and important to ourselves due to the effect of this hormone.

Because of the effect of this hormone, people tend to help others.
And it is because of the effect of this hormone that we know how much valuable qualities we have.

For example, caring for the sick, helping the needy, not being jealous of someone else's happiness, not destroying someone else's self-esteem, and not trying to create problems by improperly affecting the happiness of other people's lives are also due to the effect of this hormone.

And when we feel stress, it has been found from the tests that by reflecting on the good deeds we have done in the past, we can feel happy and relieve the stress.

Apart from this, we always try to comment on the good qualities of other people, because it makes other people happy as well as you.

The other thing is that by looking for other people's flaws and destroying the character of another person with each other, remember well that our own character is destroyed and therefore the acceptance of that person in the society is also reduced.

Because if we plant green gram seeds, we will get green gram seeds and not rice.
It really does not make sense that we have planted green gram seeds and expected rice.
Similarly, it is naive to treat other people badly and expect other people to treat us well.

So let's we always try to contribute good things to the society.
Whenever possible, let's use the time to don't think about our shortcomings and be happy with what we have already received.
