Contest | Do Women need holidays?

INTRODUCTION
Asking if a woman should get a holiday is like taking the horse to the stream and refusing him to drink water (lol)
Every woman deserves to take a break from work or any kind of responsibility to recharge and enjoy their leisure time.
I think woman deserves more holiday than men because they shoulder so many responsibilities. Financial responsibility is the least responsibility women handle. And they deserve to get a holiday especially those that have children.

Should women also get a holiday?

The term holiday (vacation) is the time you take from the stresses of work and daily life activities. The answer is a capital YES. Women shoulder so much responsibility and should be allowed to go on vacations aside from maternity leaves, sick leaves, and official leaves. And they deserve to get a holiday especially those that have children. women need to go on holiday more often because It breaks them out of their usual routine, it also offers them the opportunity to pursue new experiences and renew their passion for life.
Vacation helps women reduce chronic stress levels. Women are expected to go on holidays because it gives us immense peace and the memories of the well-spent days for the rest of our lives. Holidays help to reduce stress, and any forms of illness, they make us happier, They serve as energy proponents.

Explain what responsibilities women are surrounded with?

Women are surrounded with so many responsibilities and I will list and explain them below.

1: Women are caregivers:Being just a caregiver is a lot of responsibility on its own which includes, bathing and grooming both young children and adults, food shopping, companionship, giving emotional support, cooking, laundry, and providing medical care, household chores e.t.c

2: Women act as an advocate: In many societies, women advocate for gender equality and women's rights. They stand in the gap for the many women in society who do not have a voice of their own. They give the other women in the society voices.

3: Community and Social Roles: Women often play active roles in their communities and social circles. Some of them involve volunteering, participating in community organizations, and providing emotional support to friends and family. Many women in higher positions have helped those molested and rape victims to get justice.
As it is part of the vital roles that women should always be involved in. Giving voice to the voiceless.
These and many more responsibilities women are surrounded with.

Are women able to think about themselves between their responsibilities?

Women can think about themselves and their own needs in between their various responsibilities. As a woman Self-reflection, self-care, and personal goals and desires are important aspects of a person's life, it is understandable that balancing personal well-being and fulfilling responsibilities can be challenging, but it is essential for overall mental and emotional health.
It's a healthy practice for everyone to find a balance between fulfilling responsibilities and taking care of themselves. Self-care is something we should take very seriously. You are your number 1 at all times

Every woman needs that baby girl kind of life. Every woman needs pampering and care. They are to go on vacations often to help them take care of their responsibility either as stay-at-home moms, or working-class or even as career women so long as they bear the name Women they deserve a good life.
