Hello friends, I am happy to be here to share the steps I used in preparing okro, melon, and bitter-leaf soup. I am going to show you all what I know how to do best and that is cooking.

So okro, melon, and bitterleaf soup may sound weird to some people because they are not used to it, most people in my locality prefer using Waterleaf instead of okro to prepare their bitterleaf soup, but today I tried something different and I decided to share it with you.

STEPS TO PREPARING MY SPECIAL SOUP


(1) I washed my periwinkle and put aside, washed my bitterleaf and put aside too. I pound my crayfish and pepper, wash my fish, and slice my onions.

(2) I washed my meat clean and steamed it with onions. Pepper, salt, and Maggi.

(3) I washed my okra and cut it to my desired size, after which I washed my stockfish put it in the cooking pot, and placed it on fire for 30 minutes to soften.

(4) I now add my fish, crayfish. Maggi, periwinkle, and oil, and allow It to cook for 30 minutes too. Why I cook periwinkle for a long time because it is seafood and seafood needs to be properly cooked.


(5) I now pour my steamed meat into it and cover it for some time.

(6) When it was properly cooked, I added my Maggi and pepper with salt, covered it, and allowed it to boil for a few minutes.

(7) I now pour in my okro allow It to steam for 5 minutes, and later pour in my melon and stir it till it mixes well.

(8) I finally put my bitterleaf and stir it, boom it is yummy and ready.


This soup tastes very nice and can be served with any swallow of our choice, but in this case, I used fofo (gotten from cassava) it makes the soup go well.

I would like everyone to try this method of preparing melon, bitterleaf, and okro soup.


CONCLUSION


Bitterleaf Is very healthy for the human body. It is highly recommended for people with high sugar levels and aged people. It is medicinal and contains an element that helps to lower the sugar level of people and reduces the risk of diabetes. So it is encouraging to be eating bitterleaf soup once in a while.
