Your Potato shrimp looks delicious. I love potatoes a lot, but I never thought of this combination, what I do is fry them together with eggs and enjoy them with tea. You cooked this recipe because it's your husband's favorite, that's unselfish of you, and it shows you have the interest of your husband at heart.
