Hello ladies....

I wish you all a happy weekend and a last week in the month of June,2024.

Good meal is part of healthy life, and today I present my entry on one of the healthy food I prepare after a long while. A quick breakfast dish so far to prepare in few minutes. Spaghetti egg stew I mean.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

  • Egg

  • Tomato

  • Groundnut oil

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

  • Onion

  • Salt, Pepper, seasoning cube

Preparation

√ I place a clean pot on fire for 1minute. Observing the pot is dry and hot, I add a desirable quantity of groundnut oil and allow for some minutes to heat.

√ When the oil is hot enough, a pitch of salt, slice onions was added and stir. Then I add the tomato and continue to stir thoroughly for some time and allow to steam.

√ Crack the egg inside a small bowel, add small pepper, salt, seasoning cube and mix them together.

√ Stir the tomato again, add ginger, garlic, the reminding cube and mix. Then, turn in the mix egg in the pot, close for 2minutes.

√ After the minute, open the pot and stir the pot gently from one side to the other but make sure the bottom egg doesn't get burnt.

√ Allow the egg stew to steam for a while and then take off the pot from the fire.

√ Cut in the spaghetti into your desire length. Put inside the pot and boil.

√ When it boil very well, add small salt, stir and close the pot for 30minute. Take the pot from the fire, use filter to drain out the water.

√ Place the pot again on the fire to heat. Add a little oil in it and add the spaghetti. The essence of the oil is to make the spaghetti not to be sticking to each other. Stir it gently for few minutes and off the light.

The spaghetti egg stew is ready.

The dish is enjoyable at any time you chooses to take.

Spaghetti is a lovable meal that has different ways of preparation. Some of the ways are;

  • As a Jellof
  • It can be mix with beans or rice to cook
  • It can be boil to eat with egg sauce or vegetable sauce
  • It can also be crush and take just like a cereal.

Above are other ways spaghetti can be useful to consume.
