HELP

Hello👋 friends, hope you are doing well! I personally like the idea of helping people because I believe that as I help people I will surely find help whenever I am in need of help.

WHAT IS HELP?

Help is any form of assistance that we offer or get from others, it can be an immediate assistance or long term assistance. For me the immediate assistance is the one that we can just see an older woman who is carrying a heavy load and we just stop to help her carry the load to her destination while the long term assistance is the one you offer to someone consistently for example visiting the needy maybe once in a month to give them food stuffs or material things. Most times it is the elderly ones that needs help the most, our parents, orhpans, widows, and others. We can help people with our actions or materially. Some help I have given before includes;

1. Helping an old lady in my area to fetch water.
2. Paying transport fair for a stranded man in the tricycle I boarded.
3. Visiting the ophanage with food stuffs.
4. Giving a hand to help an older woman climb the stairs.
5. Giving money to a beggar who asked for help. And many others that I have not mention.

Should we help others?

Yes, we should help others because helping people does not only make the world a better place but it also makes us feel fulfilled, rewarded and better. There is this inner joy that you would feel after offering help to someone.

Should we help someone when he asks for it or should we help without being asked?

For me we need to help people when that ask for it and also without them asking. I believe that whatever we do to others is what will come back to us just like, our actions are like seeds planted by us which will grow for us. Just like I mentioned earlier about helping an older lady to carry her load which is helping without the person asking for. We also need to help people when they ask, it is not easy for someone to find the courage to ask for help. Someone like me I find it very difficult to keep asking for help so if I happen to ask you for help that means I am really in need of that help so we have to help people when they ask.

Who comes forward to help the fastest among men and women?

Women have a softer spot for helping people than men but I believe that when it comes to helping people it has to do the mind and not the gender. Whether you are a women or man helping people is a thing of the heart. Some human beings are naturally heartless, they don't have human empathy and cannot help people. Only people with a kind heart can have the mind to help others.

It is said that even God is pleased by "helping each other". Who believes in this?

I do believe that God is pleased with us helping each other. In the Holy Bible, in the book of Hebrews 13:16, It is written "And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.” This records that even God is pleased with us doing good to people.

In conclusion, we have to help people whether they are in need of the help or not.
