• From your understanding what is food? Share some pictures of food you can identify with their nreasons
Foods are anything that can be consumed with our daily activities for energy and nutrition. Food is the fuel a body requires for growth and development, to power itself in activities. It performs every day so that everything works properly inside. It also builds immunity within us. As it helps our body to get necessary proteins, carbohydrates, fats vitamins minerals and water which are essential part of the food.
Take for example some of a bunch of those foods we consume in normal life.

• Among the six classes of food, which one do you take most in a day and why?

I like to get a lot of my protein from real food. I do follow more of a standard balanced diet for myself. Proteins are involved in a number of critical functions within the human body and include cell regeneration, muscle formation, immune system support as well as hormone regulation. Protein: Fish, lentils, meat, eggs and milk are the primary sources of protein. More Protein ensures a perfectly fine Health and Energy Body.
• When do we say that we have a "balanced diet?"
A balanced diet includes those that are essential in right proportions. Meaning it contains a fair amount of carbohydrates, proteins, fats along with Vitamins and minerals which is nothing but water Aka Hydration. It will ensure that your body gets all the vital nutrients it needs to stay healthy and function properly. A diet in which we eat whole foods such as rice or bread is important source of carbohydrates, fish or lentils are proteins and oil for fats along with vitamins and minerals rich vegetables and fruits will fulfil our dietary requirements. This can be termed a balanced diet.
• Do you think we should take water immediately after meal or before meal? State your reasons

It is beneficial for the body to drink water 1 hour before a meal. Before a meal, drink much water to increase the digestibility of food and feel just less full earlier. Water also helps to absorb nutrients coming from food into the body.
In contrast, immediately drinking water after meals hinders digestion process. The main reason being, right after eating, drinking water can potentially dilute stomach acids in the body which is harmful to satisfactory and successful digestion. It hinders the body from digesting nutrients in food, as well. Hence, you should wait at least 30 minutes in order to drink water after eating lest digestion gets affected.
