Hello Friends how are you?I am Arbaz. I hope you all are well and happy. Today i will come to write my First post on Steem For Ladies. Through this post i am going to participate in this contest that is orgnaized by @steemladies .lets start writing.

Are women always right or do men rather give in? Give us your opinion and give us your reasons why you say so?

• It is important to recgnize that both men and women are capable of being right or wrong in various situations. Each individual has their unique experiences knowledge and perspectives that shape their understanding of a particular issue or decision.It is important to approach any discussion or decision with an open mind recognizing the value of diverse perspectives and experiences. In some case one person may be more knowledgeable or have a stronger argument than the other regardless of their gender.Rather than assuming that women are always right or that men give in, it is important to approach each situation with an open mind, valing and respecting everyone input and perspectives. By doing so, we can create a more inclusive and equitable environment that values everyone's contributions*.

Do you think women should get away with “being always right”?

I can say that the idea that any particular group including women should always be right is not a healthy or constructive way to approach disagreements or discussions. It is important to recgnize that everyone has the potential to be wrong at time and that the goal of any disagreement should be to find the truth or the best solution rather than simply wining an argument. Its important to approach discussions with an open mind and a willingness to consider multiple perspective regardless of who is presenting them.

Name 3 things that women are always right about.

Instead of focusing on what women may be always right about its more constructive to approach conversations and interactions with an open mind and a willingness to listen and learn from diverse viewpoints. By engaging in respectful and empathetic communication we can build stronger relationships and gain a deeper understanding of one another.

Do you have any advice?

Ultimately the best advice I can give to be kind comunicative and committed in your relationships regardless of your gender.
