Assalamu Alaikum how are you all? Alhamdulillah I am fine and healthy. Today I chose an emoji about my five emojis and that is sleep. Thanks a lot to @patjewell mem for bringing us such a beautiful contest. So let's start with how important sleep is in our lives.

Sleep benefits us so much that without sleep people can get sick in seconds. We know too much is not good. So sleep also has a specific time and rules. Just as the influence of water is more in our daily life, so is the influence of sleep. When we sleep two to three hours a day. After waking up, our body is associated with a lot of relaxation.If we don't get enough sleep, be it during the day or at night, our brain will suffer. So we need to get sleep at right time and in right order so that we don't face any problem. Also we Bangladeshis sleep in a right order. That is when we rest after taking a bath and eating at noon That's when we fell asleep. To keep their body healthy. We call it Bhatghum.

As less sleep is less beneficial for the body. Too much sleep is not beneficial for the body. So we all need enough sleep.
Adequate sleep keeps the body screen and facial skin healthy. It is very important for us to sleep at least 8 hours to keep our body healthy. Nothing is better than if you can sleep quietly like babies. Alzheimer's cancer heart disease if you sleep well
Groundiness can easily remove fatigue.

I think every person should sleep at least eight hours. And sleep is good for body and mind. So I am not ready to get enough sleep and demand my sons and daughters to get enough sleep. Every child and elderly person needs proper sleep. If you don't sleep properly, you get headaches and body aches along with eyes and irritation. So we need sleep every day.

So I want to say one thing now that you need to get enough sleep. And keep the body healthy and the mind cheerful. So friends stay healthy and well and pray for me.
