Option number three is salt. Salt is an essential food for us without this food item we cannot eat any food satisfactorily. So many roles in my daily life. When we go to organize something good. Also, when we fast all day and go to Iftar in the evening after fasting, we always enjoy Sharbat food, we need more salt than we need sugar. And we don't have a problem if we eat less in between curries. But if our salt is low then we have to use all our mandatory food and if we prepare food with this salt then that food is very tasty and interesting.

So I will consider salt as beneficial first of all in food. Also, salt has more beneficial side. You will see many people suffer from hand and foot problems after many beds throughout the day. At that time many people take medicine according to treatment but it is not right for us to take medicine in small amounts in our house too. There is first aid. Notice that when people bathe in sea foam water, they feel refreshed and calm. That is because of the presence of salt in the sea water. Our salt is very beneficial as mineral deficiency occurs with age. Salt is very useful for maintaining our calcium. Salt contains a lot of iodine. Iodine is more likely to cause deficiency. Salt is rich in calcium and iodine.

Most of the people in our country are suffering from high pressure. And they know very well that it is not right to eat too much and raw salt.

It is said for them if they have excess blood pressure which we call high pressure. For them, we say that excessive salt intake is not good or there is a possibility of kidney damage and blood circulation can stop. And increases the high pressure. So we have to be aware in all our work.
