Hello steemladies, today I will be sharing with you what I prepared today. It is called peanut🥜. Have you ever eaten this tasty snack and wondered how it is prepared?
Well worry no more as I will take you through the whole process.

Ingredients use for preparing peanut.

  • groundnut fruit
  • baking flour
  • milk
  • sugar
  • egg
  • salt
  • groundnut oil.

Steps on how to do peanut snack

#First step
Put the groundnut in a bowl, arrange it properly, remove unnecessary sands and other things inside the groundnut. then keep it aside.

second step

Mix the baking flour power with your milk powder, make sure there stoney flour inside the mixture and mix properly, then also set it aside.

Third step

Break the eggs into a bowl and add the salt and sugar. Whisk together in a bigger bowl, mix it properly and set it aside also.

fourth step

Pour in the whisked egg small small inside the groundnut. Sprinkle a little bit of the egg mixture onto the groundnut and mix properly .

fifth step

Add a little bit of the of the flour powder, mix it properly with the egg mixture and groundnut , make sure you toss them together very well. Repeat the process until both the four and the egg are exhausted and mixed properly with the groundnut., separate any joined peanut, repeat this step like 5 to 6 times until all the mixture are no more and the peanut is smooth in circle form.

## Sixth step Heat your oil to a moderate temperature then add the peanut and fry it on till it is brown in colour. Fry all till you are done.

Your yummy and delicious peanut snack is ready 🤩🤩🤩🥳🥳

And that is how I prepared my peanut. It can be eaten as a snack. You can use it to drink garri. It can also be taken with sny drink of your choice.

  1. It is rich in nutrients such as protein, fats, vitamins, fiber and minerals.
  2. It is good for the heart because it contains fats.
  3. It helps thoee who want to control their weight thanks to its high protein and fiber content which promotes fullness.
  4. It has a low glycemic index which helps manage our blood sugar levels.

With the above we can see that consumption of peanut promotes the overall health of the body. But always take it in moderation.
