Yes I agree with you we all want to do these things are very necessary to grow ourselves. No matter how brave people are, everyone has some fear, losing a loved one in the family is the number one fear for most of us because they are the people I love the most. Creativity and ability to resolve conflicts will put you ahead of others. None of us are perfect, we all have flaws. I do because self-compassion and being able to say "no" when needed plays a big role in self-growth. I wish you the best of success.
