While I think it would be monumental to buy steemit and work to merge the great community and unite the blockchains, I can’t see it happening.

I think things are calmed down so much and there is great anticipation of something, anything happening, you get the speculators delivering the closest thing to news. Just like in the baseball off-season where there are no stories but the analysts speculate and debate in order to make news.

I am definitely interested in seeing the SMTs go live and the boost it will give to the community here. Slow and steady will hopefully win the race but you never know with crypto and blockchain.
