I saw another user setting up native ads for the communities which would give the chance to monetize it at some stage in the future. If you grow your community big enough it could earn ad revenue which would back your SMT.
Something that could be a possibility down the line. Have a community of thousands and use it's token to distribute ad revenue back to them with STEEM.
Or do like Steemleo does, use the proceeds from the Ad revenue to burn some of the token.
This effectively helps anyone who is holding the token.
