LEADERS ARE PATHFINDER FIND OUT WHY I SAY SO

Leaders they say "are ladders".A leader should be able to let go of self and be ready to go extra miles for his followers and make sacrifices as well. Leaders are made, not born. many leaders have natural attributes that comes with them or that they work on early towards achieving them in their lives, these attributes can be gotten.

A leader is someone who sees how things can be improved and who rallies people to move towards achieving those tasks through motivation and proper counsel.He must be able to work towards making his vision a reality while putting others first.Leaders are to be compassionate and connect with people to be successful.

Vision:A good leader must be visionary , he must be able to see ahead of others where an organization or the team he is leading is headed to and what it is capable of handling and what it will take to get there.

Inspiration:A good leader must be able to inspire his fellowers , he must be able to maintain a positive attitude within the organization by helping team members stay motivated and engaged.

Strategic and critical thinking:A good leader will be able to think critically about the organization or team they work within and develop a clear understanding of its strength.

Interpersonal communication:Good leader must be able to interact with other people in a way that feels genuine .It means been able to demonstrate compassion, engaging in active listening and building meaningful working relationship with those around them.

Authenticity and self-awareness:One of the key ways to becoming a great leader is to be self- aware enough to understand your strength and weakness.A leader embrace the things that makes him who he is and that will naturally translate into him developing an authentic Learship style .

Open-mindedness and creativity:A good leader must be open to new ideas , possibilities and prospective.Leadership involves the knowledge that success comes with, a willingness to change how things are done and to bring in fresh eyes to inspire new ideas.He must be able to think outside the box as much as possible.

Flexibility:A good leader must be adaptable and flexible when situation calls for it.Nothing ever goes according to plan whether you encounter minor roadblocks or large obstacles he must be able to put a stop and find a newline of action

Responsibility and Dependability:A good leader must possess a sense of responsibility and dependability. This means displaying those traits in his individual work but also demonstrating them in his interaction with others.

Patience and Tenacity:A good leader knows how to take the long view whether it's of a strategy, a situation or a goal , being able to take any bumps on the road and persist on without getting frustrated or discouraged.

Continuous Improvement:True leaders knows that perfection is a process , there is always room for improvement on all levels, from the personal to the team to the over all organization.they will always be willing to help team members find way to develop new skills.

The qualities of a bad leader are the opposite of
all the good qualities mentioned above which are:

x. Lack of continuous improvement

Having explained the qualities of a good and bad leader I must really commend the leadership of this great community for possessing this good qualities in order to encourage new members like me and giving me a sense of belonging.I really want to appreciate @focusnow for raising great leaders like @ijelady @mesola @chichieze to be able to mentor people like me @yimzyemazor this could only be possible because he inturn had great supportive leaders in the likes of the team of curators especially @steemcurator01 whom he mentioned in his success story(thank you for raising a good and supportive leader).

This indeed gives be hope that I am in the right places and this encourages me to know that I have great leaders that have my interest at heart and I know with this the sky is my starting point and for this I say thank you
