True fathers, mothers,uncles,aunties, political leaders,spiritual leaders, economists and all nation builders, are not those who scramble for immediate enjoyment or personal benefits.
They are not those who trample on others to the position of authority or power;They are not those who hate others;They are not those who kill others in order to get what they want;They are not those who engage in labour for the benefit that would end within their time;And they are not those few among us who amass wealth in a dishonest and dubious way.

TRUE BUILDERS
True builders are first of all,those who bear posterity in mind in their plan,
They are those who can look across to the unborn generations, They could be dealing with the future generation through the now plans and works. They could also hazard their lives in order to make many generations happy.
They consider the challenges that would face the present and future generations thereby finding solutions before the problems.

And they put themselves under check against wrong decisions and actions that could negatively affect posterity.
They are those who create enabling environment that would boost human productivity even though theymay not live to enjoy it.

They put their lives and resources into that which would make generations to find life easier. Finally, they leave footprint on the sand of history that would spur posterity to qeue in rightly.

BACKWARDNESS
The backwardness and failure of a people or nation are traceable to those who gave birth to them.
Lack of human development make people not to shine as supposed. poor educational background is the major issue. The crux of the matter is that human investment is the highest investment one can make in life,other wise, our true memory in our kids would go into extinction.

Great and powerful nations that we hear about today , in the cradle of history had great and honest men at the hem of affair
of their countries.

PRESENT DAY CHALLENGES
Sickness, poverty,corruption,genocide, drug abuse, raping, kidnapping, injustice,and terrorism etc
These above questions are begging for an answers.

ANSWERS
1.Proper and quality education:This involves good parenting and formal education. Giving our children quality education should be one of our greatest priority . Also know that ,not taking care of of their future is an indirect negligence of both national and individual future well being.

2.Good leadership:The importance of honest leaders cannot be over emphasized. Corrupt leaders are the ones holding back the destiny of the nations now. they must make and implement policies that would benefit citizens. And they have to set good structure and ministries that can empower the young people financially and otherwise.

3.Exploration and exploitation of inherent Talents:There are many out there who are talented yet, are not discovered, some untapped talents of footballers,tailors,singers scientists and builders who are waiting on the line to be seen so that they can be helped to actualize their dreams. Therefore, skill acquisition centres should be put in place for them and financial supptort from the government would be good.

4.Now take responsibility:The young generation must exploit what lies inside of them by serious and comitted study life.
They must avoid anti social habits such as drug abuse, cultism and raping etc.
