STEEM ROAD SHOW DAY 2 : FOR ABA CITY : SATURDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER, 2021 BY @uzoma24
Introduction
Hello friends on Steemit, how have you been? I hope this meets you well. My name is Uzoma with username @uzoma24. This post will be centered on how we went out on the streets of Aba, precisely at St. Michaels by Asa road what3words preaching to people about Steemit and registering them on the spot.
This project was initiated by @focusnow to help spread the gospel of Steemit to all and sundary so that in the nearest future, Steemit will become a household name here in Nigeria.
The Road Show
Advertisement is the best way to introduce a product to a prospective client, fight competition, create awareness and increase sales. This was why @focusnow introduced this road show to help promote Steem.
This is the second day of this project. It was planned to hold on the 3rd but it rained throughout the day, so it was shifted to 4th. The road show started at about 9:30am Nigerian time. The foremost set of people gathered at the Aba Steemit center before they navigated to St. Michaels road, soon after, I Joined them at the agreed location. We divided ourselves into smaller groups of two persons each, so as to reach out to many people.
We continued till about 2pm when we closed and went for some light refreshment sponsored by our leader @focusnow.

My Recruits
I was able to sign up two newbies and have assisted them complete their Achievement 1 tasks. These new users are @benemma and @obieme.
Moreso, I will introduce them to a WhatsApp group where @samuel20 mentors new users.

Conclusion
Am very happy to have been part of this recruitment campaign, it was a very interesting one. And I will continue to identify with this project each time it is scheduled.
