7 Day Writing Challenge Day 3 - My Immediate Neighbors and Workmates By @uzoma24

Greetings/Introduction

Hello dear friends, how are you, I hope your day went well, am glad to make my third entry into the contest organized by @steemalive. In this story line. I will talk about My Immediate Neighbors and Workmates, please stay with me as I discuss two of my friends; Ifeanyi and Bright.

Ifeanyi

My immediate neighbor I would like to talk about is Ifeanyi. He is a steemit user with username; @val123. He is from Arondizuog in Imo state. He is a devoted Christian who worships in one of the penticostal Churches, his Christin life is very evident in the way he comports himself and in the way he treats. He works with MTN network, his dedication to his work shows what a great guy he is and thats one of the reasons am close to him.

We first met at the first lodge meeting which we had two years ago when we moved into the apartment newly.
We became even closer after I joined steemit early this year, this was because I would run to him for most of the the challenges I had with the steemit platform, and he did assist me even as he encouraged me to be consistent.

Ifeanyi

Bright

Bright is my friend and neighbor at the Common Facility Center (CFC)what3words where my shop is located. He works as a shoe maker in the shoe factory next to my shop. He started learning shoe making in 2018 after he dropped out of school because of inadequacy of funds. He is from Osisioma local government of Abia state. He is a devoted Christian (Jehovah witness). He is the first of 5 children that his parents had.

I have known him since I moved into the building in 2019, but we became better friend because he would always come to study the scriptures with me once in a while after which he gifts me one awake magazine. I have benefited so much from these studies and from the awake he gifts me and am happy I have him as my friend.

Bright

Conclusion

In conclusion, am glad to have shared these few words about these friends of mine who have impacted my life in many ways than one. Like the common saying;

"friends are gifts we gift ourselves"

Truely, friendship is actually a gift we gift ourselves because when we get involved with the right people we make right decisions. I value friendships so much especially the ones I have with Ifeanyi and Bright.
