Hello friends on Steemit and dear fellow lovers of contests, this is my 4th entry to the @steemalive contest. In this entry, I will like to review the life and career of a lawyer, writer and a political genius; Barrack Obama.

Barrack Obama - A Layer, Writer and a Politician

Background

In history, Obama was the 44th president of the United States of America. He was born at kapiolani medical center for women and children on August 4th 1961. This medical center is located at Hawaii.

His father (Barack Obama Snr he died in 1982 by auto accident)) is from Kenya while the mother (Ann Dunham) an American, she died in 1995. His mother moved with him to University of Washington in the city of Seattle after his birth, this was where they lived for a year while his father completed his his undergraduate diploma in economics at a university in Hawaii.

Education:- As we all know, Obaba is a very knowledgeable and bright kid. He attended very good schools and eventually went to law school.

Personal Life

Obama's parents met in 1961 at same city where he was born (Hawaii). The married and later divorced. After divorce, Obama remained with his mum who remarried to another Man while his father relocated to Kenya where he later died in an auto crash.
During this times (2 - 10 years of age) Obama lived with his mother and step father.

Obama married his beautiful lovely wife and partner (Michelle) in 1992. Michelle is also a lawyer and she also passed through Harvard. Their marriage was is blessed with two children (girls); Milia (1998) and Sasha (2001)

Obama's Career

Upon graduation in 1983, Obama started work at the South side of New York City as a community organizer. Bellow are other details of his career.

Law Career:- on graduation from law school, he started practicing as a civil right atoney and also he was teaching as a constitutional law at the University of Chicago law school from 1992-2004.

Publications:- Obama have published 51 books, out of which 3 are best selling books. Amongst these publications are;

• Dreams of my father. (1995)
• The audacity of hope. (2006)
• A promised Land. (2020)

Politics:- Obama is a Democrat. From 1997 to 2004 he aspired for the US Senate to represent the 13th district in the illinois at the Senate. In March 2004, he received national attention when he won the primary to represent his party. In November, he was elected to the Sena to represent his people in a landslide win.

In 2008 he was nominated by his party to run for the president after the struggle with Hillary Clinton at the ellection he won over his Republican rival John McCain in the general ellection. On Jon 20th 2009, he was sworn in with his Joe Biden as his vice.

After his first tenure, he contested again and also won alongside his running mate, Joe Biden.

Achievements as a President

• He was able to sign into law there significant bills that helped helped the healthcare become more affordable to Americans, helped stimulate the economy and another that helped reform the financial institutions of the America.
• He also also helped press for a fair pay for women.
• He won a noble peace price.
• His government killed Osama Bin Laden.
