Introduction

Greetings to all leaders and community members. This report covers the activities of Team Innovation for the week starting on the 16^th of January to the 22^nd day of January 2022. Team Innovation and it's Members engaged in many fruitful activities Last week.

Promotion and Roadshow

Last week, the team engage in steem promotion as usual. We gather as a team for Roadshow, and spent about three hours Promoting steemit.
A lot of people wanted to join the platform but we couldn't sign them up due to this issue.

We have kept on trying up till now, we still can't sign them up.

The newbie that we successfully signed up is @prudentdollas
He was recruited by @manuelhooks
He is yet to do his Introduction post.

Printing of tshirt for Team Innovation members

My team are made of newbies and as such they didn't have community branded t-shirt for Roadshow. They used to come out for Roadshow without approved t-shirts.
The major challenges was that they did not also have the money to pay for the tshirt according to them.

The shirt has been printed and kept since last year and since none of them pay for it, I couldn't go and get the tshirt.

Thanks to @ngoenyi, she asked me to come and get the tshirt and balance up when they have the money to pay.

So I went and picked it up and pay the person 36 steem and I am yet to balance up the payment for the tshirt as none of them as made any payment.

That is the screenshot of the first payment I made to the person who printed the t-shirts.

Training/mentorship

Last week training hold back at mindset office. No. 15 Ikpa Road Uyo Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria as usual. The training was handled by @manuelhooks and I @udyliciouz.

This week's training covered the following areas

• Delegating to the community.

• Activating inactive members

• Encouraging team members to make post as many of them were not making post.

• How to use steem tool to check if they're still in club 5050 and also upgrading g to club 75 and club100.

• The benefits of powering up and joining #club5050

• How to set aside 100% beneficiary to Steemalive in at least one post per week.

When we set aside a percentage to the host community, it helps the Community grow which in turns improve the quality of votes we get from the community. It's more like building a community together.

Going along with club5050 helps build the individual members of the community. This will in the long-run, Reducing our total dependence on the creators. we will be able to vote the Newcomers

Make yourself known by commenting on people's post. It also increases your chances of getting votes from the people you interact with.

Joining the curation trail builds your Steem-power effortlessly depending on your current Steem-power.

Plans for the new week

• Encourage all team members to participate in writing all4one post and also take part in Lid reporting.
• The team Innovation will also engage in promotional activities such as Roadshow.
• Plans to continue guiding the newbies in writing and completing thier Achivement post.

Conclusion

Last week was full of activities for Team Innovation. I really appreciate my team members for thier cooperation.

I appreciate the effort of my state representative @ngoenyi and to my fellow coordinators, they are really doing well. I also appreciate @focusnow the founder of steem alive community for his hardwork and always encouraging community members to do more when it comes to promotion.
