People know when you genuinely care about them and when you don't.

They know if it is all about business for you or not.

One mistake I have observed, that is often made by bosses is the assumption that;

• showing human compassion might mean weakness on their own part and indulgence on the part of their employees.

This is often not the case.

You do not want robots in human form working for you. You wanted a relationship, it is why you hired humans.

And the only way this can work out is you being EMPATHIC.
