This is a good project you're engaged in. Chicken is a very nice meat and one of the meat that is recommending for people who have gout as it is white meet.

I have always think in the direction of producing organic food that comes from natural source instead of foods that are contaminated with chemical residue.

This caught me as I am engaged in organic farming. Chemical residues in foodstuff is what is killing us mostly. We import food from different countries that have been produced with so much chemicals and sent to Africa before the time needed to expire. The most pathetic thing is we abandon our own naturally produced goods and go for the foreign one soon you will hear someone is sick of cancer and you will get doubting where is came from. It is the build up of those chemicals in our system.
