Statue : Statues or statutes is that which stand law or molded item.

While statue is a kind of three dimensional form of sculpture of any given human dead or still alive and animal mainly . Statues can be in forms of casting , molding and carving.

These very statues am about to showcase here , isn't just casting or molding form of sculpture .

Instead it's basically about representation of passed lifestyles which , is still possibly practicing.

While one and the most gigantic or colossus among is that , that get to represent my local council. Mainly local government area (Ibesikpo Asutan).

Statue number (01).

From the very close look would get to figure out that , this form of sculpture . Should be indeed that , that illustrated certain way of life within a village or community.

That's the practised of our ancestors which by right , we are still keeping to such tracked .

That a town crier discharging his given duty , endowed by village or community council .

It's known very well among many ethnic group and tribes . That during the primitive ancient world they purely limited by not only technology. But by occupation and career .

Among all the known occupation such as fishing 🎏 , hunting , farming and some simple craft work like carving and painting . Should know one of the then profession was kind of palm fronts or fruits harvester.

The person who do use simple craft making robe to climb a palm tree to harvest or cut down the ripped palm fruits.

This lifestyle is what we very much practicing to date . Within most of the rural area basically some interior villages or communities . Such aside farming is next pride occupation . Which those women do keep selves busy up ,concerned.

Mainly this my local government signet , the symbol representative for the two brother's.

Known as Ibesikpo and Asutan is the local government that is formally integrated along . The state capital Uyo but now stand alone. As Ibesikpo Asutan. And interm of state governorship zoning , it's under Uyo senatorial district.

Is the one of the most popular local council here in Akwa Ibom State and of an Ibibio nation.
