Enabled those primitive set of human to developed unique ways , which they did understood and communicate within and among themselves.
Ways people communicate before the invention of telephone
The ancient set of primitive beings did develop so many means , in which they communicate uniquely among themselves .
And before the invention of mobile phones or telephones . The primitive human have been somewhat somehow did , sent their applied messages across to themselves and their people . Within a very close and distance area . And have been in likes manners did sent out , received , exchanged and communicate in a very closely understandable manners .

All of above seen were unique ways and means those ancient primitive sets of human did , used to communicate and . Get passed their intended and planned messages to each other and all of those who might concerned.
How has mobile phones enhanced communication ?
Since invention of mobile phones , the modern days human . Have been truly get bless with provision of ease means of communication. Unlike what those ancient primitive human did developed and used.
Today available Communication channels even on the strict basis of , available mobile phones . Are just too very swift and comfort to go by . As human can now have an instant calls and needed responses . Now getting to exchanging messages , sending , receiving and even retrieving messages are done with ease and comfort.

The invention of phones has really improved our communication system and other parts of life, people can now do some certain things like see a family member/friend that is far from you while at home with the help of video calls

Yes you are right brother it has also made us lazy and distracted. There are many disadvantages to mobile phones, such as the lack of face-to-face communication. Also, it is very easy to become addicted to your phone, which can be very detrimental to your health
Using of phone always is not that bad because sometimes you might be using it for something important.
Detrimental is the key word liken it , cause phone addict isn't too bad compare to , kind of fraud and scam activities going on internet . Basically online access through mobile phones.
