This side of the soil integrally as a black nation , is being broadly known . That , germs do not kill an African. Such concept is being somewhat got known largely to good extent . From the ancient blacks era . Might be due kind of lifestyles they have been leading and living it daily as at then .
Now in this technological advancement era . There are lots of germs causing infection and diseases. Which furthered brings about an absolute awakened to embracing an overview of hygiene.
What is hygiene ?
Hygiene : This is daily concerted effort taken and directing towards , such motives to be free from all forms of germs causing disease and infections . So as to lead kind of healthy living and lifestyle.
Hygiene also integrate all major aspects of human living such as : personal , domestic , environment and food into close consideration.
In relation to such aspects consideration on hygiene term integrate . Seen as follows in a brief terms :
Personal hygiene : On this aspect human kind individual is expected to do take their , personal hygiene very serious daily . Such as :
- Proper daily bathing with soap
- Proper washing of hands after toilet
- Proper washing of hands when handling delicate something, such as touching dirt things or pet's
- Proper brushing of teeth
- Getting trim your nails properly
- Getting rinse and wash your body whenever do sweat.
Domestic hygiene : This aspect integration has to deal with the following :
- Keeping your bed room clean alway
- Tidy and keeping your kitchen clean at all times
- Washing your clothing's and keep them dry
- Using appropriate insecticide to drive insects away from inside your rooms
- Ensure to tidying up all your rooms and wash all dirt cloths.
Food hygiene : This very aspect integration ,brings into consideration in relation to getting to pay close attention to the following :
Ensure to have all your purchased food items well kept , on a clean place
While cooking do endeavouring to get wash all your food items properly , before applying them to cook
Applying best practise to ensure your utensils are well wash properly and clean before use
Environment hygiene: This very aspect has kind of direct dealings on the following :
- Keep your surroundings very tidy and clean
- Trim all needed to get trimmed flowers
- Clear all close bushes
- Disposed your waste properly
- Don't dump refused any how within your environs
- Avoiding all related stagnant waters
- Sweep your environs regularly
- Check if any is any drainage ,use raked and shovel to clean it properly to avoid mosquitoes and germs.
In essence hygiene wouldn't get complete without , getting put into consideration . All of those seen aspects. Since hygiene is all about daily effort to staying free from germs and living healthy life.
In What ways do people neglect hygiene?
Many a times people under mind the important of personal hygiene and hygiene in general terms . Though some might do know the huge awaited implication . For often getting skipped hygiene , and neglected it altogether.
Seen as follows can get count as those ways in which people do neglected hygiene :
Rushing out from toilet to receive a long awaited visitor's without , first getting to wash your hands properly with soap .
Most times people neglect hygiene , due to an extreme hungry. Then can go ahead scoop food and get eat up with no washing of hands.
People do neglected hygiene due to tight schedule at times , get rushed out without getting to brush teeth properly.
What can happen as a result of poor personal hygiene ?
There are few things which capable of getting happen as a direct result of poor , personal hygiene.
These are as follows :
- Body external heat
- Loss of sleep
- Oral smelling
- Contracted an infection cause by germs
- Itching and rashes
- Malaria fever and typhoid
- Malaria parasite
- Depression and overwhelming psychological problem
- Low self esteem and outright disdain
- Lesser confident on one's self
- Getting appeared extremely dirt and untidy
- Getting embarrassed due to an excessive oral(mouth) odors .
As seen often would get happening when not . Getting kind of tight sleep , brush your teeth regularly , wash hands after toilet , getting proper body rinse and bathing , getting trim our nails , washing our clothes and getting tidying up our environs. And all of that.
How many times do you bath and brush your teeth ?
To be very forward , due to kind of best practise is needful . To get possibly bath at least twice per day to enhance a healthy skin and body . Same do as well get extended to how frequent someone can brush per day . Here it should be same best to narrowed it to twice per day . To have kind of smooth and refreshing mouth or oral and good gum along strong teeth .

This one is seen as normal thing,to wash hand what if the visitor wants to give you money. Hygiene is good but it is very difficult to maintain it
That's just the absolute ruins of hygiene concepts things
If you have a healthy skin, you will be more likely to get compliments from people, and fresh breath is an important part of having a healthy lifestyle.
Just as you said "Dirt doesn't kill an African" has been a belief till this day but it still doesn't mean that we'll not keep up with at least the basic personal hygiene practices.
