Welcome to the fourth day of the seven (7) days products review contest organised by @steemalive. For today, I will be reviewing two different brands of Tomatoes, Biscuits, and Butter.
TOMATOES
FIRST BRAND
- Name of Product: Gino
- Name and Address of the Manufacturer: The product is manufactured by Vital Product PLC at Plot 12, Acme Road, Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
- NAFDAC number: 08-2675
- Product Ingredients: Tomatoes, Sugar, Soya Fibre, Thickening Agent, Salt, Citric Acid, Permitted Food Colours, Antioxidant, Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, and Zinc.
- Experience Using the Product: The experience with using the product has been a good one as it gives the food good aroma and colour.
- How to use the Product: The product is always added while cooking, however, it has to be cooked first, before other food materials are added.
- Any side effects: There has been no side effects with using the product.
SECOND BRAND
- Name of Product: Tasty Tom
- Name and Address of the Manufacturer: The product is manufactured by Caraway Africa Nigeria Limited at Plot A, Amuwo Odofin Industrial Scheme, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos Nigeria.
- NAFDAC number: 08-6475
- Product Ingredients: Tomatoes, Sugars, Say Fibre, Modified Starch, Salt, Acidity Regulator, Colours, Vitamins and Minerals Premix, vegetable Extract.
- Experience Using the Product: It's also a wonderful product used for cooking, and the experience has been good too with regards to using it.
- How to use the Product: The product is always added while cooking, however, it has to be cooked first, before other food materials are added.
- Any side effects: There has been no side effects with using the product.
BISCUITS
FIRST BRAND
- Name of Product: Pure Bliss
- Name and Address of the Manufacturer: The product is manufactured by OK Foods Limited, Plot 6, Block E, Oshodi Industrial Scheme, Apapa-Oshodi Expressway, Lagos, Nigeria.
- NAFDAC number: 08-6476
- Product Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Vegetable Fat, Sugar, Milk Powder, Liquid Glucose, Corn Starch, Salt, Leavening Agents, Soya Lecithin, Emulsifier, Butter Flavour, Ethyl Vanillin, Antioxidants.
- Experience Using the Product: It's a very good product with an amazing milk taste.
- How to use the Product: Simple tear up the cover of the biscuit, and enjoy the product.
- Any side effects: There has been no side effects with using the product.
SECOND BRAND
- Name of Product: Parle Milk Powder
- Name and Address of the Manufacturer: The product is manufactured by Pardee Food Nigeria Limited at Lynson Chemical Avenue, Obio Akpor, Ota, Rivers, Nigeria.
- Product Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Invert Syrup, Whole Milk Powder, Artificial Flavours, Edible Vegetable Oil, Vanilla and Honey Flavours.
- Experience Using the Product: It is also a wonderful product, with a good milk taste.
- How to use the Product: Just tear up the cover of the biscuit, and enjoy the product.
- Any side effects: There's no side effects with using the product.
BUTTER
FIRST BRAND
- Name of Product: Blue Band
- Name and Address of the Manufacturer: The product is manufactured by Upfield Nigeria Sales Limited at 4th Floor, Omatsola Mall, 17/19 Kafi Street, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
- NAFDAC number: 01-0124
- Product Ingredients: Vegetable Oils (Palm Oil and Palm Olein), Water, Salt, Milk, Emulsifier, Preservatives, Vitamins A, D, E, Niacin, Folic, B6, B12, Artificial Creamy Flavour.
- Experience Using the Product: Blue Band has been a household name in butter. I have had a good experience with using the product.
- How to use the Product: It can be used for baking, cooking, or spreading on bread.
- Any side effects: Personally, I haven't experienced any side effects with using the product.
SECOND BRAND
- Name of Product: Bama
- Name and Address of the Manufacturer: The product is manufactured by Africa GB Food Manufacturing Nigeria Limited at Sango Ota Road, 112104, Ota, Ogun State.
- NAFDAC number: 01-0476
- Product Ingredients: Soya bean Oil, Eggs, Water, Distilled and Cider vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Onion Flavoring, Natural Flavoring, Oleoresin Paprika, and Lemon Oil.
- Experience Using the Product: I have had good experience with using the product as the taste is also amazing.
- How to use the Product: The product can be used with bread, and can also be used in making salad.
- Any side effects: I haven't experienced any side effect while using the product.

@stanleynnah. You made nice choice with those tomatoes. Gino tomatoes is a good brand, cos that's what we use. The way you explained which to be added when, tells me you are a good cook, lol. It's all good.
The name of the biscuit Pure Bliss is absolutely fitting. I like eating biscuits a lot.
I have my reservations on that BAMA MAYONNAISE because of it's high cholesterol. Nice entry. Best wishes.

Great choices made and good presentation #stanleynnah. I can clearly remember the taste of power milk biscuit and Blue band butter, they used to be one of my favorite. Ooh Gino too I love this tin tomato. It's gives food an extra sweet taste.
