Go through the buy order and click on Ads that corresponds with the desired amount you entered and click buy with 0 fee, the seller bank details will pop up, make your payment to that account. After the payment, to notify the seller go to chat section on P2P, upload the receipt of your payment and click on transferred. Select "I have transferred" and click on confirm payment, the seller will release the USDT after few minutes. Go to your wallet after you received a notification message and your USDT is in there. There is no impossibility to success, it's only required time and consistent research. More work and commitment in steemit brings future very close to you.
