Lagos City Contest #4 || Title: If You Become The Steemit Manager For 1 month, What Will You Implement? Submitted By @simeon00 Date:04:07:21

Hello Lagos Steemians and @talktofaith,i would like to seize this opportunity to thank the initiator of this powerful contest for such a timely subject in question.

I signed up on steemit in the month of March 2021, and that's precisely 3months now.

Ever since that time i joined steemit, i have come to love many things about it such as the following:

• It's a unique blockchain social media that has outstanding blogs, and with numerous communities to subscribe to, with a view to writing and posting content ,and when quality and original content are created on steemit platforms, there are some earnings and rewards attached to it such as steem, sbd, trons, etc.

• I love steemit as an unusual social media that doesn't require it's members to have referrals in order to both grow in the business or receive earnings and rewards.

• Steemit has a powerful interactive blog where members can interact through writings, postings, comments etc in order to share views on various interesting subjects, learn from each other thereby expanding the scope of their knowledge, and also meet friends from all walks of life.

• Another thing i love about steemit is that the cost of signing up or joining it is very cheap and moreso it's for great minds.

Of course, my challenges so far on steemit are twofold and they're as follows:

1. Not having met up with the required reputations to qualify for other weighty and serious contests that are organized on steemit through various communities such as the cryptoacademy etc.
2. My achievement task posts 3 and 4 that i submitted their links for verification for a long time ago have not yet been verified,despite all my efforts and reminders to that affect to the appropriate quarters in charge and of course as a result of those unverified achievement posts,i am disqualified from participating in some contests.

If i become the steemit manager for 1month,i will implement and also put the following 2 things in place during my period of stay in the position such as:

1. I will arrange to have a steemit training office put up for seminars,trainings on steem crypto currency,meetups,especially for the benefit of the newbies.

2. I will ensure that efforts are geared toward helping those who have not yet done their achievement task posts to do so and also succeed in getting their achievement task posts verifications accordingly,so as to help them reach out for more serious contests and participate.

In conclusion,i thank all my fellow Lagos steemians and @talktofaith for patiently reading through this post and i hope i have been able to do justice to this contest through My content.
