Introduction

Greetings to everyone.Trust you are fine..Our weekly report is here again.It is summary of my activities as the State over past 7/8 days.Here in Steemalive community,we have representatives of different states whom are called State Representatives.They are individuals saddled with the responsibility of making sure that activities such as recruitment, engagement,road show and other forms of awareness about Steemit are always in high gear in their various States.

As the State Representative for Abia State.It is important to make a detailed report of events in my State.Here are list of my activities within the 7 days under review.

Participating in the 'day 22' and 'day 23' Steem Road Show

The road show has remained a potent way of bringing Steemit to the doors of people in Abia State Nigeria.No doubt,it has really worked well since its inception.And it will continue to yield more result through collective effort.Abia State was among the first few States that started the road show.We did it under the sun and in the rain,and has continued to do so.

I participated in this week's double road show on Tuesday and Friday here in Aba city.OnnTuesday I joined the Winners Team for the road show while on Friday,I joined the OverTakers Team.Both teams are passionate about promoting Steemit in Aba city.With this effort,plenty of people are beginning to know about Steemit and have also joined.The following newbies were recruited within the week @emmabest1 @eugene21 @mercy12 @enough10 @kingsley57 @zuby @brightgreen

Abia State Team

Here in Abia State where i am the State Representative.We have three teams.Each of the Cordinators have been up and doing across their various teams.Each team has a team Cordinator and a unique name.The Cordinators always write a summary of there activities for the week.I have made a summary of each Cordinators report below.

Entertainment After the road show

After the road shows on Tuesday and Friday.We usually have lunch together before leaving.Tuesdays lunch took place at Chicken Republic restaurant while that of Friday took place around the Aba museum.

Physical and Online Training

As we all know.I am always at the Steemit to training centre to guide and mentor new members as well as old members who had come to know more about Steemit.After putting them through,I will encourage the to make a post to demonstrate what they were taught.Interestingly,the result has always been in the positive direction.Within @peggybaby @fortune95 @simdy @prettygem all came runs for training.We had group photo after the training.

It is important that the newly registered members in the course of the road show need to trained and guided on how to make a post plus other things on Steemit.To make it easier,I will collate the phone numbers of the newbies,join them to our Steemalive Reception WhatsApp group and run an online class for them basically on how to sign in,make post and other relevant things.I also guide them on how to successfully join the Curation Trail.

Verification of New Members

Plagiarism and quality contents is very important to us.To make sure that posts made in Steemalive community is free from plagiarism,properly detailed and well formated with justify alignment.Users that satisfy the aforementioned conditions and have also joined the curation trail are given the label verified.Being verified is a sign that the user understand and will stay away from the dangrs of Plagiarism.

Plans for The Week

Definitely,we cant stop to engage in promotional activities in the new week.Tuesdays and Fridays remain our promotional days.We hope to get positive results in the new week.Other efforts geared towards promoting Steemit will also continue to take place.

Conclusion

I am using this opportunity to encourage our members to embrace the #club5050 initiative to boost their SteemPower.I have joined the club already and have also attained the #clubdolphin.
