STEEM ROAD SHOW DAY 5:16TH SEPTEMBER,2021
Introduction
Greetings to you all and welcome to my report for yesterday's road show.The road show has been one of the ways to promote Steemit and get more persons to know about Steem and Steemit.I believe the road show project is living to its billing.Hopefully,we can push on and create further awareness in the city of Aba.
How It Started
The date was 16th September,2021 and day was Thursdays.It was the day 5 of the road show day which took place at Bata Junction.We planned it for Tuesday but because of the sit-at-home,so it was postponed to Thursday.
I arrived at the training center here in Aba city and met @tripplem who just arrived together with @ninapenda and three of us entered the training centre at once.We had a little orientation on the location to go and how to present Steemit to the public.Just before we left the center,@marajah joined us and we left together and @focusnow joined too.
On getting to the road show location,I mounted the stand up banner and we began to distribute the flyers to the passersby.There were lots of persons passing around the area.Some of them were in a haste while some were not.
I met and spoke to quite a lot of them,took time to explain the rudiments of Steemit to them,and told them the importance of joining Steemit.They expressed interest to join and I signed up four of them along the road.
The first person that I registered was @godspower20 he is a very young man who showed plenty of interest.

The second person that i signed up was a female person with @oly20 her phone off at the moment and so we had to use a make-shift device.The registering was successful d she will make her introduction in the coming days.
The third person that I signed up was @blessed2021 : a dark-skinned young man.He was thrilled by the explanation that I presented to him about Steemit and he immediately indicated interest.I helped him to sign up at the spot.He would be around at the training centre on Saturday for formal introduction.

Before we closed for the road show.I also met and told @gideon25 about Steemit along the Bata junction.I asked him how much he earns on Facebook and he answered that he earns nothing and I then told him that there is a platform that will make him learn and earn.The platform is called Steemit.He showed interest and was signed up under my tutelage.

Refreshment
We closed for the road show at around 12:30 pm and went for a light refreshment at one of the best fast food outlet around the axis.The place is called Kilimanjaro.About 11 of us stormed the place,and had lunch together.It was a cool off moment.During the lunch period,the UYO city cordinator and one of the leading Steemians stormed the location all the the way from Uyo city-guess you?..It was no other person than @ngoenyi we had pictures together with her and everyone was delighted to see her around.
After the refreshment,we departed.I came back to the Steemit training center,did a few work at the office and I left for home.It was indeed a busy and eventful day.
@samuel20, you performed so well on this day, at a time I was asking myself if you were a robot or something. You even held a seminar with a new recuit at the scene 😁.
Yesterday was fun ,no doubt. I pray these new recruits will have to do their Introduction post and then move forward with steemit.

Aba is good and the atmosphere is welcoming, soon I will be there to witness the whole scenario too and tap from the blessings, @samuel20, keep up the tempo.
