Steem Road Show Day 20||Creating Awareness for Steem,Signing up a Newbie in Aba City and Maintaining Club5050 Status

Introduction
Greetings to all the promoters Nationwide and the Steemit Community.It is good to know that the road show has remained one of the best and most effective ways to register and make more people to know about Steemit.This is testament to the increased numbers of steemians that have joined within the past 8 weeks from Aba city and other cities in Nigeria where the road show has been prevalent.
Permit me to bring to you the report of the 20th day of the Steem road show in Aba city which took place on Tuesday,23rd November,2021.
How it Started
It is no longer news that we have two teams for the Aba city road show.For each day the each of the teams move to different locations so as to cover more more grounds.I joined any of the teams according to local needs.For the day 20 of the road show,I joined the team called Winners Team.The location for the team was Bata junction.
BATA junction is one of the busiest spot in Aba due to the fact it has lots of pedestrians,and is also close to a bus stop.These two factors makes it a favourable location any day, anytime.
When I got to the venue,I met @kingreechy and we stayed for a shortwhile there but the people around weren't that much interested and so we decided to move Aba South LGA headquarters.At the headquarters we met some corp members and they showed interest in joining Steemit.Without wasting time,myself and @kingreechy started to sign them up before @ladyofpolicy now joined us.This means they we were just there that went for the roadshow under the Winners Team.
Most of he Corp members were not patient enough and they left after their CDS meeting although they promised to sign up in our next meeting.
Positive Result
The road show is not just all about creating awareness.There is also need to sign up new users and so I personally signed up @slimkute
It was indeed a fruitful campaign.No thanks to the hot sun that took its turn on us.A total of four newbies were signed up at the end of the day.They are

Refreshment Time
After staying for about 3 hours on on the road doing the promotional activity.It was necessary that we needed to cool off before leaving.As a result,we entered a nearby fast food called Crunchies where we had lunch together.It was a happy moment having lunch with the promoters.

Conclusion
I believe the road show is a potent way of onboarding newbies to Steemit and also for creating awareness.Steemit is gradually becoming a household name in Aba city courtesy of the road.I appreciate all the promoters for coming out to make the road show awareness a success.
