Good Day all, this is my first entry for this week's contest ReadNwrite and I’ll be writing about my most used Bank which is Kuda Bank.

Kuda Bank was launched in Nigeria in 2017 and has been functioning since then. It is the first Mobile-only bank to be launched in Nigeria and approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

I have been a Kuda Bank customer since 2020 October down till this day and they provide the best banking services in Nigeria.

Kuda Bank doesn’t have any physical branch since its existence in 2017. It has only one office in Yaba, Lagos State. This is the only place you can see a few of their workers for complaint and for complaints and for the collection of ATM cards. No Deposit or withdrawal of money is done in this simple office.

Unlike most banking apps, Kuda Bank App is very easy to use, you can easily access each feature of the app on the homepage without having to seek direction from anyone. This makes the app very fitting for use even by those that have limited knowledge of the mobile banking system.

Ways Kuda Bank Should Improve

Kuda Bank is absolutely serving very well and is the best among its contemporaries but due to a limited number of workers, their response to emails is slow.
Therefore, they should improve in this their response speed possibly by employing more workers to handle the task to equip the workers to reply the emails faster.

Secondly, They should improve the speed of ATM delivery. Possibly 14 or 10 days as this will make their customers feel eager to request this card.
