Salt is the major ingredients in our food which we cannot do with it. Apart from salt all other ingredients in the our meals will be tasteless and without salt, some one can develop kwashiorkor.
Salt is one of the number 1 ingredients in all meals, it really makes our meals taste nice.
I also know that salts can kill earth worm😁
Yesooo slat not only that, is an acid It can rust or distroy irons
yeah and without it a meal will not be that delicious every woman should know that salt are really good fir preparing food and indeed that shop are the besst when it come to sell that can of product
