Hey guys. I made my first post 2 days ago and go some love 😍
Today I am here again with a tip on health.
The importance of Exercise. Very important.
Tell yourself very important!!

Before I start let me call your attention to the many sweet things you ate from Monday to Thursday. Then on Friday you summed it up with barley, Gin and small chops and all the spicy stuff.

It's our happy habit to parry hard every Friday.. I don't see anything bad in it.. It's a good way to chill out. Yeah it is.. We chill so much that by Saturday morning the effect of the chill is still around.. And Saturday suppose to be a day for your body organs to chill out too..

What do I mean.

You remember when you were young.. You could play for hours non stop. You could run marathon for the US not Nigeria cos you will not gain anything for this country 😁

Your body had a swift metabolic rate.. You could eat now and get hungry in the next 15mins..
When you were playing around with your new toys and playing street football your body was actually chilling (it was breaking down your food to release energy). You constantly were fit.. Day in day out. But as your grew old..
Old habits set in..

The very cause of diseases found in the latter stages of our life would and could be prevented by just simple exercise.

Your metabolic rate reduces as you increase in age and you need a special discipline to keep up before Mr diabetes, clog arteries, Heart issues catches up with you. 😂

To be honest, with the sugar in your system at the moment. You need at least 2hrs work out.. And Cardio too..
Stop eating all the kpomo and white meat in that joint with isi ewu if you will not exercise to allow your body work effectively..

And you just waking up to this write up.. Your case is critical..

As I cap. Up.. Don't forget this.. As you grow old.. Not 90 kind of old.. From 25 upwards. Try and keep fit.. Make it an appointment with Saturdays to do so..

My friend just puts on the music and dances for hours!! You could try it too...

With my folks here we play street soccer to keep fit.. We stay on it from 6 to 10. Then take a cold bath😋😋.

Just a simple exercise can save your life!!!
