hello beloved friends how are you all doing I hope all are moving fine and good sorry for not been active for a long time a go i had some matter on ground i went to solve it really lot of my time but now am back as usual and also I promise to publish more than I this contest am @richy20 am here to discuss on the topic protecting your self from some pollution that are dangerous to the body this will be a great lesson that everyone should go through I promise that by the end of my class I promise that you all will learnt a lot from this firstly I will like to discuss briefly on the meaning if pollution

Meaning of pollution

pollution is really a bad situation and it happened always in our environment this so harmful to our body and also can lead to various diseases that is not good to the health.pollution can be define in many ways but through my own understanding it can be define as the introduction of harmfull substances that are dangerous to humans health and conditions the producing of harmful and poisionues substances in our environment is not good at all this cause many damages and effect that are not good to our health. humans should be careful of what the do to avoid the pollution of the their environment

types of pollution

their are many types of pollution which are dangerous to our health they are

• Air pollution: this is the most dangerous means of polluting the environment which is so dangerous to humans health it is the act of spreading or polluting our environment through the air and also when taken in causes more damage to our health.humans normally pollute the air in many ways through the dark smoke pour from the exhaust pipes of large trucks or factories and also many more
  effect of air pollution
• difficult in breathing this is very bad and also leads to death
• damage of humans eyes and many more
• water pollution: water pollution happens in many ways and the are dangerous to humans health.this is the releasing and spreading of harmful and dangerous substance into the watersurface this causes many dangerous disease whenever it is taken into the body humans are all to be careful to stop the contaminations of water bodies this us found in our environment and we should all to stop it

• it and cause many sickness and illness to human healths such as diarrhea colerah and many more
• noise pollution: this is seen in our environment and this is not good to our Heath condition it is the highest level of noise is our environment that disturb the surrounding and also that is not pleasant to the ear their are many cause of air pollution which are transportation noise is is cause by vechicals industrial noise this are noise the are cause by manufacturer industry such as barkery and many more

why is pollution dangerous to our health

pollution is not only dangerous but deadly the polluting of our environment in many ways can leads to many disease and also cause death pollution is dangerous to the body because for air pollution is cause many dangerous disease such as difficult in breathing lungs disease and also through it leads to death pollution is not good for humans Heath condition and humans should stop the pollution of their various environment also for water pollution it cause disease such as diarrhea colerah and also leads to deaths

waht can we do to protect ourselves from different forms of pollution

their are various ways and also we all should ensure that we apply this in our daily lives it is so so important to us and ls to our Heath

• for air pollution
  avoid the burning of leaves andbush because it cause lungs disease and also difficult in breathing
• industry should try to stay far away from the country individual and also the state because their equipment and smoke from their industrial effect the citizens
• we should avoid smoking and cigarettes and tabacco because the smoke release affect other sitting beside us
• for water pollution
• we all should avoid the dumping of chemicals and refused into the river
• industry should not channel their waste product into the water

• providing of good equipment to agriculturist like good machines and tools
